Reviews and Ratings
During my stay at Chengtai Business Hotel, I found the location to be quite convenient, located between two subway stations and near several eateries. The hotel room I ended up in was spacious and comfortable, though I did encounter some issues with customer service, which made for a frustrating experience overall. While there were some aspects I liked, I wouldn't choose this hotel again next time I visit Beijing.
I had a reasonably good stay at Chengtai Business Hotel, benefitting from a great location close to public transportation and a variety of dining options. The room was spacious, although cleanliness was an issue, and I encountered some unpleasant smells in the hotel. The staff was friendly but not very helpful when it came to customer service requests. Overall, it’s decent for value, but could use improvements in maintenance and service.
I had a pretty rough experience at this hotel. Initially, I faced difficulty locating it, and when I arrived, the room was unclean and overlooked a garbage-filled roof. The facilities also left much to be desired, as the shower and toilet were in bad condition. However, it was reasonably priced given its location near public transportation and eateries.
I had an interesting stay at this hotel. The location is quite good, close to the metro and with plenty of dining options nearby. My room was reasonably clean, but I couldn’t ignore the unpleasant smell from the drains. The staff were kind, though communication was a bit of a challenge due to language barriers. All in all, it was a decent stay for the price, but it could definitely use some improvements in cleanliness and odor control.
My family and I had a challenging stay at the Chengtai Business Hotel. While the location was great with easy access to local eateries and transport, the rooms were far from ideal, with issues such as cleanliness and temperature control. The customer service left a lot to be desired, especially with language barriers and a lack of attention to our requests. Overall, this was not the experience we were hoping for during our time in Beijing.
